I’ve started sketching again a bit. Here’s a couple from the last week.

I’m going to try to make it a point to do these 20-30 minute drawings daily after work, and then do more complex artwork after that. It’s sort of a fast way to retrain my art skills, transition from work life to art life, and try different things out to learn or relearn techniques, etc. I may upload more of these type of drawings in the future.

Entropia Universe may have some good sides to it, but right now there’s many bad sides to it. It may be the worlds most expensive mmo, and may have gained some who were favored some of their money back, but the real truth it is a huge skam, and it’s highly unbalanced and there currently appears to be much favoritism involved in this game which actually uses real money as virtual money.
These are the people that will be creating the Planet Micheal soon that is a themepark type of planet based on Micheal Jackson. If they can’t turn their act around, I suspect MJ is going to be turning over in his grave really soon!!!

http://allartists.wikispaces.com/ is a new wiki I started today. I plan to add more to it on a regular basis, and grow it to be a gigantic list of artists both future and past, both greats and lesser knowns. Since it’s a wiki anyone can edit it. Feel free to add to it at any time. This is growing a project I’ve started because I think places like wikipedia, and most art history books are a bit biased in what and who they include and do not include.
The point of this is to create a list of every artist that we can find anything about. Since visual arts is my thing, I’m starting there, but over time it might be highly possible to add musical arts, and other art types there. I want this thing to be come a hugely comprehensive list that will be usable by the masses for various purposes. Art students and art historians doing research papers could use it as a starting place for doing research. Art collectors could use it to find up and coming artists. Art galleries could use it to find artists and ways to contact them. Artists themselves can use the wiki to link to their home pages, study trends, get inspiration, etc.

The first email reply about the Small Dollar Write Off Policy is in. You can check out more about it over at
http://smalldollarwriteoff.wordpress.com/. I sent out a few more emails today too. I have not sent out massive amounts of emails with that project because it’s not really needed, and also, this way I can keep track of the individual emails sent out and responded too in a more organized manner. It amazes me that banks, CEOs, Doctors, and many others think that it’s perfectly ok to take people’s money and make it disappear in to their own pocket, sometimes deceptively billing in such a way to purposefully confuse the consumer so that more is paid then was billed. Frustrating, irritating, and downright dirty to steal from the poor, under-educated, and unhealthy like that.

I have posted quite a few Tubosquid Links over the last 24 hours, but still have quite a few more to post to get the
“comprehensive” list of all the links I have over there so far in to this blog.
Only 2740 more links to go to get every blasted asset I have over there linked to from here. Lots of copying and pasting from excel file I created from their database to do this. My right pointing finger hurts from clicking the mouse so much lately, lol.
Again, I just want to re-iterate here that this is NOT spam. It’s a list of art links that I’m creating to later use for commentary purposes here in this blog. What I want to do is give some examples of various trends my artworks have been going the last few years, expound on where those trends will lead me in the future, and also use this link list to make this blog more comprehensive and complete in showing my various forms of artwork.
This is both a reference for those that enjoy my artwork as well as for myself, both for visual viewing purposes as well as for historical and documentation purposes. I am trying to more or less account for all my artwork online up to this point in time so that going forward it’ll be easier for anyone reading this blog as well as myself and any art historians to see where I’ve been, where I am, and where I’m headed in my art, its themes, its purposes, its concepts, in various relations between art that I have created and am working on now or in future projects, etc.
This entire blog is sort of an auto-biography from me, by me, and to me, Jeff Thomann, aka Mastermesh, aka Maria Mastermesh Mesh… and it’s also something intended for you dear reader, and you, fellow art lovers and art historians as well. This is me and my story. Come along with me on the ride, if you dare.
